Technology poster submission

Exhibiting a technology poster at Bioversity is a cost-effective way to gain a high-level of industry exposure.

The cost to present your poster is £200+VAT this includes: 

• A0 poster space
• 1 day full conference for Genesis, Society for Medicines Research and Bioversity
• 1 day full day exhibitors pass – this allows you access to the exhibition/poster areas.  This pass can only be given to the academic who has developed the technology
• A potential speaking opportunity – the Bioversity panel made up of university and industry representatives will choose up to 15 technologies, the academic inventor of which will be invited to present.  This will be announced in October 2008.

Please note that to maximise interest from participating companies and benefit your university, we do ask for one academic per technology to be present at the event.  

To submit your poster, please complete the form below and click Submit when you have finished which will then take you to the online payment options.

On receipt of your poster application, you will be emailed a link along with the password that you have set so that you can edit your poster information at any time. Please note the committee will confirm your poster submission has been accepted and then the summary will appear on the poster summary page.  This will be an important planning page for pharmas and biotechs to make the most of their attendance so keep your profiles up-to-date.
